I got an email from Meritage today announcing that they are releasing their penthouses. Units 702 and 703 are $625k and unit 703 is $695. Still interested? :) The features are:
- Access to rooftop deck (I guess those of us below floor 7 don’t have access to this)
- 9′6″ ceilings and oversized windows (my apartment has 12′ ceilings)
- Hardwood floors
- Tiled bath w/granite counter (this option doesn’t seem to be available below floor 7, which is unfortunate because I’m not a big fan of non-tile bathroom flooring even if it’s recycled bleh bleh bleh)
- Slab granite in kitchen
- Gas fireplace
- Kitchen Aid appliances
I wish I could afford a penthouse…
