For ‘5th and Madison’, the sales center opens May 3rd. It’s going to be located on the 27th floor of the 5th Building (to give you a sense of the views from 5th and Madison). Sales will begin on May 13th.

This new addition to the Financial District being built over an existing five level underground garage, and support columns are now rising toward the skyline. Once they reach the Plaza level in May, everyone will take notice. By this fall, a 23 story crystalline tower will form across from the architecturally stunning Seattle Library and amongst some of the most interesting Downtown skyscrapers and historic buildings.
