There’s another smaller development that’s a bit more modern than the Belmont Mansion by The Dwelling Company that is already sold out at 1100 E Howell.
I’ll have to bike by again and snap a pic of the building since built now. Unfortunately they’re sold out (there’s only 9 units). I remember checking this place out online a few months ago and it was out of my price range, I think it was $400+. Though I’m sure we’re going to see lots more of these small developments popping up in our neighborhoods.
