Added: Harvard and Highland

I stumbled across the development site for Harvard and Highland yesterday. It’s just a few blocks from the Belmont Mansion on Capitol Hill. It’s clearly out of my price range as units start at $1,000,000 and range in size from 1670 square feet to 3800 square feet.
