My friend tipped me off about the Belmont Mansion on Capitol Hill yesterday, so I biked by it after work. Wow, is it impressive!
It’s ’small’ so I’m not going to add it to the list. It’s only got 7 units ranging from $380,000 to $650,000. And they range in size from 762 sq feet to 1268. Grand opening is this coming weekend but if you’re working with an agent they can show it to you starting today.
