The beds in the open one bedroom floor plans are queen size beds.....not really small doubles. The bed in the sales center is part of the Murphy bed option. The structure of the Murphy bed adds to the total length. You can walk around a queen size bed as shown in the floor plans. Brenda Barnes Matt,
