Urban Terrace Photos

Kate over at the Urban Terrace sent me some photos of the interiors there. These photos should give you a better feel for the place than the marketing photos on their website:

About Matt

Matt , Urbnlivn's publisher, has a love for lofts with industrial features and new construction condos that is only eclipsed by his passion for outdoor sports and urban living. Phrases such as “polished concrete” and “exposed brick” are music to his ears. You can also find Matt on Twitter or skiing.

I have been renting in Queen Anne for over a year and often make trips out to Ballard and Fremont via 15th Ave. I have been watching the progress on the Urban Terrace building for a while and decided to check out the sales center last week. I was really impressed with the finishes and overall style of building. The interiors have a very comfortable open layout and cool granite bars to the living area. I also really enjoyed the metal work around the building. I was told that the same artist did the Site 17 building. I dont think this is shown on the attached photos. I currently have an extended lease but am seriously considering this as a buying option if any units are still available in my time frame. This last weekend, I also did some comparison shopping to spend the Sunday afternoon and looked at several projects in the area including some of the projects rated in the attached condo conversion article. I agree with the author of the article that this is probably the best value out there. I wish the timing was a little different for myself to take advantage.
