Note that “Trace Lofts” is not the correct name for this project. It is “Trace North.”

I think Edward was actually referring to the fact that the “North Lofts” you referred to is actually named “Trace North” as shown on their website TraceLofts.com
Asia & Epic apartments are both apartments that were converted into Condos and I was a resident at both buildings. I can tell you from first had experiences that it is not worth your money unless you are only buying a condo for investment purposes. Walls are thin and their has been numerous plumbing problems. Plus during the summer, those apartments really heated up. I can also tell you that the Epic is not in the greatest neighborhood. Their has been numerous car break-ins in their so-called “secure garage”. Just my two cents.
