The floorplans for the Eastlake Lofts are now available. And it looks like they definitely have some neat spaces. Prices will be $300,000 to $800,000 and sounds like they’re getting everything started in September (sounds like September is going to be a very busy pre-sales month).
I do have a suggestion though, please put the square footage on your floorplans :).

Looks like prices are starting at the 400’s, not 300’s.
