I have major issues with these conversions. I just don’t think they are that great. Definetly feel like most of them are over priced and I can’t stand the agents in the sale center. It’s crazy

I hate these conversions as well. Mezzo is still a 20 yr old building no matter how you put it. I couldn’t believe how much they wanted for some of the units. It’s no suprise they’ve only sold a few in three weeks.
