For work I’m doing some research on other markets and the bay area has two really good real estate listing commentary sites, Curbed SF and Socket Site. Now, other than Rain City Guide, which I don’t put in the same category as those two, does Seattle have any similar sites?

Why don’t you put Rain City Guide in the same category as Curbed SF and Socket Site? Just wondering.

Rain City Guide is really a blog for realtors by realtors. Curbed and SocketSite are sites run by real estate enthusiasts for real estate enthusiasts.
