Please stop by the new Brix Sales center located at 700 Broadway East between October 7, 2006 and
October 15, 2006 from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm daily for an exclusive VIP preview of Brix. As a VIP registrant,
you will have the first opportunity to preview Brix and reserve your new home prior to the public grand
opening on October 21st.
Since I’m a fan of both Capitol Hill and lofts I’m pretty interested in this project. I’m just worried that I’ll have a home selection appointment for one of the Vulcan projects before I can get the decision making information I need on Brix.

If you want to get in early at Brix (like day of release), go in there WITHOUT an agent during the VIP Preview week.
Williams does these VIP Previews to feel out who’s interested, and who of those people is represented by an agent. They give those without representation earlier times with this results in a better selection.
Why would they want to deal with buyers who don’t have representation? Well Williams gets the full commission instead of splitting it with another agent.
I’ve done this several times, and have always (every simgle time) received earlier appointments than friends of mine who signed with a realtor. It sucks, but that’s how the game is played.
