Williams does these VIP Previews to feel out who's interested, and who of those people is represented by an agent. They give those without representation earlier times with this results in a better selection. Why would they want to deal with buyers who don't have representation? Well Williams gets the full commission instead of splitting it with another agent. I've done this several times, and have always (every simgle time) received earlier appointments than friends of mine who signed with a realtor. It sucks, but that's how the game is played.
