I think The Press is one of the most desirable condos on Capital Hill. The location on the corner of Belmont and Pine couldn't be better. The pricing is right on! Of course there are other options if you don't need a condo until mid 2008, this is basically the only "modern" condo to move into on Capital Hill right away. Eventhough the developer is not putting in hardwood floors in the main living area, it is being put in the kitchen and after you purchase it appears that you have the opportunity to get hardwood floors through a small process identified in the public offering statement. Also, the kitchen is not the only area being updated in the condo. The bathroom is completely redone with porcelan tile floors and ceramic tile bath surround. Also the carpet is being replaced with some of the best wool carpet you can get. Additionally the baseboard throughout the entire home has been replaced. This may be a conversion, but one of the buildings is "new" and the other is only 4 years old! Not to mention that the building is brick and corregated steel on the outside. WATCH AS THIS BUILDING FLYS OFF THE MARKET!!
