I’m tempted to become an agent just so I can get all the inside enough that Ben and Wendy get. But in the meantime, I’ll let them get wine and dined and just post links to their blogs. Today they they find out about Gallery in Belltown.
Ben, Gallery Condominium - Belltown:
Gallery is very reminiscent of the Brix Condo project on Capitol Hill in style, finishes and design. Gallery shares the same developer (Schnitzer Northwest), architect (Mithun) and interior designer (MNID) as Brix. However, Gallery features more floor plan choices, larger square footage, usable decks/balconies and more resident amenities.

but then you will have to pay a fee to maintain your agent status, find a broker to work with, pay a fee to get access to the MLS… :)

Ah, but I already work for a broker (Redfin), I’m just in the engineering side of the business instead of real estate operations :).
