A Portland developer and hotel-industry veteran from the Northeast announced intentions Wednesday to build a 23-story hotel and condominium called “1″ at Second Avenue and Pine Street.
Condos will start at $700,000.

i was very interested in this property but cant get floorplans and justv had rude treatment from sales rep. excuse me for wanting floorplans. dont think i will knock on this door again. there are too many choices for downtown living where i can get floorplans sans the rude treatment. thus 1 is no longer number 1 with me.
