Ah finally, some new events! Mark your calendar two weekends from now for Florera’s kick off.
November 11th if you pre-registered you get a chance to buy ahead of the public opening. November 12th is when you’ll be competing against the masses at the public grand opening. The fine print:
Pricing will be available at the preview appointment
Public Offering Documents and estimated homeowner’s dues will be distributed within
60 days of your purchase and sale
Earnest money will be 3% of the purchase price
If you intend to purchase through a selling agent outside of our sales team, your
selling agent must attend the preview and prepare your purchase contract
Selling office commission (SOC) is 2.5% of the purchase price
