This weekend I bought the Saturday Seattle Times. I assume the ads in The NewHomes Saturday is the same as the Sunday Real Estate section? None the less, here are the big take aways:

- Plaza Del Sol – $6,000 buyer bonus
- Queen Anne High – $5,000 buyer bonus
Yes, there are a lot of ads with buyer bonuses. And there are also now a surprising number of non-Seattle condominiums being advertised (also with buyer bonuses).
