The sales center closed on Monday, 11/27 according to Javila when I was there over the weekend doing a hard hat tour.
Also, the unit number above don’t match the floorplans on the Meritage website. #703 is the 1,008 sq ft unit. #705 is the 940 sq ft unit. #706 is the 642 sq ft unit.

Yes, the office staff misnumbered the units. The change should be made quickly.
The sales center is now closed, but we are showing the building by appointment only. Interested buyers can call 206-329-0700 to setup a viewing.
Buyer bonuses are part of the fun. You missed a really nice bonus in Oct ;)
