Seattle Sunday Times

December 5th, 2006 · No Comments

I haven’t picked up a Seattle Sunday Times recently but I did this weekend and was surprised just few ads there were. The marketing firms are really dialing back their spending on Sunday paper advertising. I’m curious to know if they are advertising elsewhere (one of these days they’ll catch on to Google ads as a more efficient marketing spend but until they hire some Internet consultants they’ll be stuck in the 90’s) or if they’re slowing down because it’s December? Anyhow, what are the ads saying:

Brix - 45 sold grand opening month! Only 100 to go. I hope you didn’t camp out for there opening day of sales!

Eastlake Lofts - Mentions 3 available units ranging from $415,000 to $560,000. Keep in mind the opening date has slipped from December 2006 to ‘early 2007′ (you will notice if you drive by that the top floor isn’t framed yet).

Harwood - $20,000 buyer bonus.

Mosler Lofts - Final closeout. Visit today!

Queen Anne High - 5 Ready to move in. $10,000 buyer bonus.

Strangely there are none of the usual ads for Escala, Lumen, Second and Pine, etc.
