The developer has sold to an out of state investor who will release the building as an apartment complex. Is this true? I don't know who is responsible for this mess but it needs to be stopped. It's laughable. Have you seen the outside? It's got all these strange 50's swinger quotes (uh, Expo 62 means 1962, not the fifties) in conversation bubbles painted on the side and it looks like a McDonalds. I'd be embarrassed to live there. After The Parc sales center, which was so nice, why did they take such a nose dive? Doesn't bode well for Intracorp. I took a bunch of pictures if anyone wants to see how tragic it is.
