Trace Lofts and Trace North Update

The folks over at Trace sent me some more info on their two projects Trace Lofts and Trace North.

Trace North:

  • 450 to 1000 square feet
  • $300,000 to $800,000
  • On sale April 2007
  • Occupancy December 2007

Trace Lofts:

  • 560 to 1150 square feet
  • $300,000 to $800,000
  • On sale January 2007
  • Occupancy July 2007

As my interest in the projects at South Lake Union wanes my interest in these two projects has really been piqued. I sure hope they release enough information about the two projects in early January, ahead of our appointments at Veer, that I can make a decision about which one I want to buy at.

Update: I heard a rumor that both these projects are wood frame. If so, that sucks.

About Matt

Matt , Urbnlivn's publisher, has a love for lofts with industrial features and new construction condos that is only eclipsed by his passion for outdoor sports and urban living. Phrases such as “polished concrete” and “exposed brick” are music to his ears. You can also find Matt on Twitter or skiing.

What about wood frame is bad with respect to condo’s?

I prefer concrete slab construction because it offers better noise insulation.

Agreed. As a piano owner I suspect that neighbors appreciate the concrete between us.
