#510 - 1 bed/1 bath - $29,000 increase to $346,950
#516 - 2 bed/1.75 bath - $37,000 increase to $486,950
#515 - 2 bed/1.75 bath - 1,056 sq ft - $412/sq ft - $5000 increase to $434,950

I have a friend who’s been waiting to move in… her closing date was originally in October, then February, now March… when is it set to be finished?
