Since day one at Redfin I complained about the lack of data available on condo listings. Well today that changed after lots of hard work by our data team. Check out this listing, unit #703 at the Meritage, and you can find out the HOA dues, building information, number of floors, floor number that the unit is on, unit features, this list goes on. Very exciting for all of us shopping from home for our next condo.

Redfin has certainly become more condo-friendly since I’ve been using it. One request: an advanced saved search that only matches units at a specific address (building) instead of within the map area.
