The award winning 1521

Wendy reports that Fifteen Twenty-One-1521 receives 14 awards:

Fifteen Twenty-One, the high rise condo project which broke ground a few months ago on 2nd and Pike has been awarded 14 National and Regional awards by the National Association for Home builders (NAHB). The awards will be announced February 7, 2007. The awards also include the prestigous “Attached Community of the Year.”

Meanwhile the readers over at Skyscraper City have a photo of the crane that just went up on the site:
