Wendy reports that Fifteen Twenty-One-1521 receives 14 awards:
Fifteen Twenty-One, the high rise condo project which broke ground a few months ago on 2nd and Pike has been awarded 14 National and Regional awards by the National Association for Home builders (NAHB). The awards will be announced February 7, 2007. The awards also include the prestigous “Attached Community of the Year.”

the problem with this condo is that the building on the corner right next to it has a master use permit for a high rise building that will we right up next to it and block views
