- January 18th, Buyers preview event
- January 19th, complete overview available online
- January 25th, Deadline for getting pre-approved with First Horizon Home Loans
- Beginning of February, reserve a loft with a refundable deposit
- April, convert reservation to purchase and sale agreement
Price Ranges
- $300,000 – $375,000: 17 lofts, 2 and 3rd floors, 550 to 800 sq ft
$7,500 deposit - $375,000 – $450,000: 9 lofts, 2 and 3rd floors, 550 to 900 sq ft
$10,000 deposit - $450,000 – $600,000: 12 lofts, 4th and 5th floors, 600 to 1050 sq ft
$12,500 deposit - $800,000+: 4 lofts, 1100+ sq ft
$20,000 deposit
