After five minutes of a weird busy signal alternating with ‘Your call cannot be completed as dialed’ I was the ninth caller at 8:03 a.m.
Any how, my Trace appointment is February 5th at 6 p.m.
Who got in before me? I hate you, please do not take the unit I am interested in.

We’re taking 201, and you can’t stop us!

Come on, give us a hint which one it is (or was!).

Rachel, what unit or unit category are you interested in? :)
Justin, okay, as long as 301 is still available at 6pm! (Though 301/201 are my third and fourth choices.)

Justin is my hubby, so I am in 201 with him. Mainly we are looking at category II.

If I take 301 I’ll try not to be too noisy :). I really like the floor plan but I really want a balcony…

FWIW, I’ve heard of one person who had multiple people dialing in on their behalf. I had contemplated this but doubted I could convince any of my friends to wake up at 8 a.m.

heh so after all the complaining everyone still is going after reservation at the Trace Lofts? :)
Matt - good pick, if I was gonna get a loft there, I’d consider for 201 or 301 as well. Probably 301 - so that it is more guaranteed to have a view.
NOTE: however, see the big black square in the bedroom area? I ask the architect about this at the preview event. It is a huge structural beam that they have to place at that specific spot and it drastically reduces the usefulness of the bedroom area. It also means that you cannot fit a queensize bed in there. Just a fyi.
After hearing that, if I have to pick something, I’d pick 202/302, or 204/304. I like the ones facing 12th better, it won’t be as noisey, plus you get a downtown view hopefully.
Happy shopping at Trace!
Ken
