My Meritage move in date is February 18th, 4-8 p.m. Close is still on track for the 15th. I’ll post more about my mortgage situation when I can.

Hey, congrats Matt! I just got the keys to my condo at the 2200 today - and move in this Saturday.
It’s weird though, and maybe it’s different for you - but it seems like my friends/relatives are more excited than I am. Anytime I’m reminded of the condo/move, I stress about coordinating the movers, having to put together furniture & other assorted labor.
BTW, if you’re thinking of getting Dish Network, be prepared for a wait. I ordered yesterday, and the first available installation date is on 2/16. Time to get out the bunny ears…

Our move-in is 2/25 with a closing of 2/21.

Thanks Dan! Congrats to you too. Yeah, I’m a little excited but not super excited since I’ll only be at Meritage for a few months while I wait for Trace Lofts.
Won’t be getting dish, I don’t have time to watch much TV so I’ll likely continue just watching over-the-air HDTV.
