Over a year and a half later and five out of the six units are STILL for sale. Either this is some sort of tax write-off, or the agents are blind to the current market valuations. These units won’t sell for anywhere near the $839,000 asking prices. They might sell at $699,000, but even that is a stretch. The brick work right at the front of the driveway is so unbelievably sloppy and poorly finished, it’s just incredible that in 18 months they haven’t cleaned it up.
I’d love to hear their explanations for these outrageous prices, when similar condos are barely selling for $599,000 to $629,000.
