The other thing I’m starting to do is collect the amount of HOA’s per square feet new developments are charging. If you know of any for the condos on our list let me know and I’ll add them to the detail’s page.

You can find the home owner dues for new construction at CondoCompare.com. It has the dues for all the listed condos and averages them across projects. It takes a little time commitment to get use to the analytics and pushpins but it allows you to compare listings and projects. Of course, certain marketing groups don’t list thier homes so they don’t appear yet. Go figure, I thought theses groups are trying to sell condos but thats getting off topic.
