The Monique lofts one left me puzzled as to what that little barn door thingy is when I saw the listing earlier today. And the walkway...where is it...Kind of an escher like portrayal of the unit. The Veer Loft...The floor plans don't match the artists rendering at all. Which unit is the rendering of? It would be nice if there were artists renderings of each unit. I'm guess that it wouldn't cost much more than $.25/sf. Maybe this seller needs to call the person who did the computer rendering of your unit at the Meritage so that the buyer can get a better feeling for the true floor plan.
