The electronic phone/buzzer system had a glitch and I had to call my friend on the cell phone to come down. A 'concierge' was at the desk but ignored my knocking since he had a couple of ?potential condo buyers at his desk. My friend has a corner unit that has some interesting 45 degree angles, which unfortunately result in a lot of wasted space. I wasn't impressed. Her south-faciing unit will be noisy and lose its view next year as a 16 story office tower is built. I just visited a friend at the Cosmo yesterday.
