Below is for the developer’s website WHAT A JOKE!!!!

CORE VALUES
Despite our success and size, Triad has maintained the feel of a small family company. Over the years, our founders have developed a set of six core values that they believe have enabled Triad to produce projects that are recognized by both customers and competitors as high-quality and innovative. Every Triad employee understands that they are expected to reflect our core values in every aspect of their job. We will be problem solvers – and we are not afraid to think outside the box when necessary.

• We will not give up. We will persevere.
• We dream and will use our vision to create quality projects.
• We connect with the community.
• We will execute.
• We do all of the above with integrity.

I'm so dissaopinted with Noma and their sales staff. I have had virtually no communication from them execpt when I contact them and ask for more information on closing. My closing date is in a week and a half and they have told me nothing. I know that closing dates can change and I can be flexible but they need to tell people if they aren't going to close on the date they said. I expected a much higher level of customer service than this.

J, Bellagio has been for sale for a while (over a year at least.) I looked into it a while back. Their sales center office was (is?) on Mercer Island so I never bothered to go over there. Not knowing much more about the situation I figured they weren't pushing it more because they knew they could get more money if they waited to sell until it was built.

Many of these developers will only list a certain number of the building units on the MLS, and then tell buyers that 70% of the units are sold (that were LISTED!). In all reality, they have probably only sold 10-30%. This is a pretty common marketing ploy. I think someone discussed this last week about some other Ballard complex.

BTW, anyone take a look at the Fast Times @ 2200 Blog? I had no idea that Vulcan tried to silence Chucky, and then began posting on his blog...interesting situation.

Jason- as long as you haven't signed the NEW addendum for the newest closing dates, you can rescind and get your earnest money back no problem. With the new extensions, they've violated their end of the contract by going beyond the 15-day cushion they built in to the last closing dates, so you are well within your end of the contract to back out unless you signed the new round of addendum papers.

I'm not Max, but I rescinded there as well in April! :)

Max - Any problems rescinding your offer at NoMa? I'm seriously thinking about rescinding my contract as well...

J - It's possible, they've had listings in the MLS at least since last August. But, their website only shows 11 out of 24 sold.
