I biked by Ruby Condos on Eastlake where it meets Allison on Monday, occupancy summer 2008.
The Seattle PI had an article on, Condo dwellers seek quieter life in new parts of city. My unit at Trace Lofts at the corner of 12th and Madison is likely to be anything but quiet.
Ashely looks at Million Dollar plus resales in April and May.
The Seattle Times has some info on what to look for in wall construction, “Party wall” a good thing in condo building.
Foster and Carl keep e-mailing and calling about the next meet-up but I’m still working 12 hour days.
Wendy let me know the site doesn’t look so good in IE7. I know. Unfortunately all my tech time is invested in that 12 hour a day job mentioned above.
I know I need to sell my unit at the ‘Taj as soon as possible but life has been busy. When I get a moment I”ll read Ardell’s post on Prepare Your House to SELL! I know I have to clean the place but do I really need to take the four bikes out of the living room and stage it so it doesn’t look like a guy in his mid-twenties lives there? (I’m still in my mid-twenties right?)
Oh and MLS watch has been kinda boring recently too. The only interesting unit that has come up is 417 E Pine St #308 (the Portofino).

It looks good in the newest version of Firefox (v2.0.0.4 on WindowsXP), and on Opera (though a little grey shows too the left of the banner).

The layout only looks right if you have your variable-width font set to 16 pt.

You’re not in your mid-twenties any more, Matt! Nice try though…

4 bikes in the living room isn’t quite a selling feature :) unless it’s to another biking enthusiast, which in this city is very likely, but spending a few hours staging will do wonders!
