Selling #504 @ the ‘Taj: Check out the photos

What do you think of the professionally shot photos of my staged unit? As you can see KH really helped me out in getting the place looking ‘urban sophisticated’.

About Matt

Matt , Urbnlivn's publisher, has a love for lofts with industrial features and new construction condos that is only eclipsed by his passion for outdoor sports and urban living. Phrases such as “polished concrete” and “exposed brick” are music to his ears. You can also find Matt on Twitter or skiing.

Very good, I like the brightness of the room, along with the view from the deck. Are you keeping the furniture, or taking it to your new place? I like that table and chairs!

  • mhays

It shows lifestyle, space, room for both dining and living, brightness, a great view, no problems, and no clutter or excess personality. What’s not to like?

I always fixate on the tables in staged units. They usually have more chairs than the table can comfortably sit. In your case, the chairs are semi-reasonably spaced. But personally I’d put one chair on each side.

  • Cynthia

Did you mean to write “urbn sophisticated”?

And do we “get” to move all this stuff to Trace (that stack of books you probably haven’t read look heavy)?

    Great pics! Good luck!

Great looking pad Matt-nice to see the final outcome and not just the appraisal.

  • EconE

    two thumbs up Matt…looks great.

  • Foster

Wow. I approve. What will you do with the furniture if the condo buyer doesn’t want it? I’ll give you 20% of price paid.

  • Phil

Great photos – are you sure it’s the same place?

You’ve got me convinced, I’ll hire a pro next time; for photo’s and staging.
