The SF Chronicle has an article on SocketSite, the site I wish Urban Living could be for Seattle if I had the luxury of quiting my job and devoting myself full time – Getting down and dirty on housing:

The blustery game of Bay Area real estate marketing has an important new player — Adam Koval.

His SocketSite.com — one of a number of increasingly influential housing blogs — is focused squarely on those real estate-obsessed folks who love reading about $100,000 price reductions, lawsuits against developers and open houses where the sellers not only forgot (gasp!) to stage the home, but also left it a mess.

I own and manage Urban Living, a boutique Seattle and Bellevue real estate brokerage. I love lofts, floating homes, new construction, and mid-century moderns, but I will help you buy or sell just about anything!
