How does the moon rise over downtown when downtown is southwest of you? The moon rises from the east the last time I looked.

I've heard similar theories as well and while I believe they might have been true a year ago I think today it is not very common.

My experience so far is that I've spoken to a number of agents on the phone when they call ahead and they all sounded very friendly. I also feel like I am getting a reasonable number of showings and don't feel like there is a boycott.

I heard a theory today that traditional real estate agents might essentially "boycott" a house listed through Redfin - refusing to show it to their clients. Any truth to this?
