I’m a little surprised they’re sending out the save the date so far in advance but I guess that’s preferable to the day before notice they usually give us. I’d also guess that with a November preview it won’t be until the spring that they start selling and we won’t see the project complete until 2009.

This has been talked about since the first part of Braeburn sold out, I would be shocked if there is anything under $300,000.

Prepare to be shocked: There will be 5 homes under $300,000 and 15 in the $300,000 to $350,000 range.
Construction will be beginning any day now with a completion date of December 2008. Higher finish level than the Braeburn but less amenities, Work out facility only, same great views though. If you are planning on attending the event in November please register on the Cameo web site. http://www.cameocondos.com

Any reason that the cameo sales center just down the block from Braeburn was put in about 2 years ago and also that the lot has sat vacant with fencing around it for 2 years? Was it permit issues/financing? Did plans get redrawn?
