I’ve been hesitant to blog about the end game at Trace because I just can’t believe it’s all going to come together. However so many of you asked last night I’m sure the rest of you are curious.
I have locked on a loan product (now that’s a long story), I am scheduled to close on September 10th and then move in September 11th. My move will be pretty simple since I’m leaving almost all my furniture at the Meritage. On September 15th and 16th I plan on exposing the brick in my unit by removing the dry wall. If you want to help I can supply beer and pizza :).

I’d be down to help demo the drywall (I like smashy) but I’m out of town. A suggestion: $20 worth of clear plastic drop cloth and painters tape will save a huge amount of drywall dust clean up. Tape the area off throughly (floor to ceiling, left to right) before you swing a hammer. Otherwise that dust will work its way into every crevice you own.

Is that why? Did Jim call you Paul? I got an email that said “per your conversation with Jim”…I didn’t have any conversation with Jim. Did other people already sign closing papers and wire money?
