There is a free Seattle Condo Tour September 22nd and 23rd from 11 to 6pm.
Thanks to Jeanne for emailing me about this (I’m a little surprised I hadn’t heard of this, I feel like I’m more dialed into Seattle condos than your average consumer).

They’re providing drivers or you can download a map and do a self tour.
It’s a neat idea but I think it’s only valuable if it’s a hard hat tour. Otherwise you’re just visiting a sales center (Brix, Equinox, Escala, etc.) which is open every day anyways. I’m surprised Lumen isn’t on the list they still have unsold inventory and could give tours of actual units.

Don’t feel bad Matt…I didn’t get my gilded invite either.
We should go regardless…
but then again…with you being less than 4′ tall and me being a 432lb Samoan they will be able to spot us coming from a mile away.
