I signed my Trace paperwork today (all 100 pages.) Sounds like the elevator has passed inspection, the fire marshal has been out and is happy, and the building inspector just needs to come back one more time for the overall inspection. Assuming all goes well I’m closing and getting my keys on Monday and then moving in Tuesday morning at 9am.
Update: Word has it from several sources that Trace got their TCO (temporary certificate of occupancy) yesterday. Looks like we really will be closing on Monday :).
I’m still baffled why the people running the project don’t just have a blog instead of playing this silly game of telephone.
