Looking for a luxury 3,183 square foot condo? 4 beds, 5 baths, 4 valet parking spots.
If $4,500,000 is too much commitment for you for 1000 1st Ave #170X aka Madison Tower/Hotel 1000 you can always rent it for only $20,000 month.
And if neither of those scenarios work for you check out unit 1504. $635,000 for 877 square feet or you can rent a one bedroom unit for only $3,750/month.

What is with the absolutely horrid interior on that place? The kitchen is blah and lacks any character. The beige walls and carpet are gross. The two rooms shown with closets make my eyes bleed with their sheer ugliness. One of them has a drop ceiling that makes it look like an office?!
Basically it’s $4.5m plus whatever it costs to actually do an interior design job, because right now it makes Home Depot interiors looks good.
Redfin says this has been on the market for 1 day but I saw this condo last year (unless there are two identical hideously ugly buildings in that same complex). It’s not selling for a reason - it’s an overpriced eyesore.

I swear I saw it before too but I had someone look it up on the MLS and the CDOM is really low.

Last month the MLS number on this place was 28049450. Same photos and same details. I don’t know what it was listed under before that but it’s been around several times.
Obviously these places aren’t selling very well in the current market and the interior doesn’t help. You could buy a penthouse at Mosler and save $2m over this eyesore.
The Hotel 1000 and Boka are pretty cool…but whoever designed the penthouse interiors got hit with the ugly stick.

I’ve seen this on the market for at least the past year. And >$1,700 sq ft, you’ve got to be kidding me. San Fran, New York and Chicago are less expensive and you still get high quality kitchens, materials, etc. Seattle condo prices, what a joke!

That’s not even the penthouse…is it? Someone just combined two units on a lower floor I believe.

I toured one of those 2 BR units. There is a “flex” room in it that they aren’t showing that is LAME LAME LAME imho.
It might not be the 17th floor unit that people have seen before as the exact same tired photos seem to be used for every unit in that bank.

“Seattle condo prices, what a joke!”
WIN! the design and architecture of most of them is a bit generic to me as well.
