Hjarta Re-Opening Sales Center

Hjarta in Ballard is re-opening their sales center this Saturday and Sunday from 12 to 5 PM at 1528 NW Market Street. Anyone have any insight into sales volume for this project? I suspect with Canal Phase I and II and Noma that the Ballard market is thoroughly saturated with new construction.

    jackie, how is pricing at Hjarta, compared to the other places you've visited?

    i toured hjarta today with friends and i liked more than a few other new-ish condos i had been looking at (braeburn, azul, press, meridian). i was told it is 50% sold. i like all the fixtures and noise treatments. my friends said that some of the construction looked shoddy - the window install, stuff chipping off? I didn't take a close look at that stuff. i still like the place though and the HOD's are tough to beat!
