This building ROCKS balls to the walls. Nothing going in Seattle, current or planned in the next four years, is as tasteful or well-thought as this building. The architects did a tremendous job combining the new with the old and making the place scalable to the neighborhood (don't get me started on the interiors - the best in Seattle). Its both warm and modern, which is very hard to achieve. It isn't boring like all the other glass-curtain wall buildings going up (yawn) or big, square aluminum boxes being built. There is nothing like it going up anywhere on the West coast to my knowledge. So, I guess I'm saying this place is pretty unique and special. Anyway, anyone know when this place will get started? And, once it does, how long it will take to finish? Anyone know where prices are in this place right now? MD is right. This building ROCKS balls to the walls. They seem to be taking their environmental theme seriously. The renderings look like there will more natural light and other elements than anything yet to be seen (in Seattle). The #2204 we are talking about here would NOW more closely resemble the possible space being offered in #2206.
