I think everything about that place is hideous at best and cookie-cutter at worst. Also, that cheap corner fireplace is nasty.

The condo at Thomas and Bellevue is hideous. It’s very plain and ugly and make you wish they had built it faux craftsman. Are they too cheap to do anything but a box with tin siding or what?

I am all for development but this is a completely hideous project. The interior and exterior have a hilariously Soviet design that would not really fit with ANY neighborhood.
