Particular attention was paid to reduce noise by installing state-of-the-art, built-up acoustical floors and floor joists filled with sound muffling insulation and covered with OSB sheathing.
I certainly hear my neighbors walking around, their alarm clock when they don’t hit snooze and occasional music. It also sounds like the penthouse floor is suffering when people use the roof top deck. To be fair it is an old building and I’ve had several people over who have remarked how quiet it is.
