#207 just came on the market at $585k.
The marketing remarks says it has been recently remodeled but from the looks of it in the photos I’m not a fan of the remodel.

Nice space, but…
I wonder if somebody just realized they are going to be living a block from the construction zone from hell. Not only do they get to deal with the south end of 99 being replaced over the next few years, they’ll also get the middle section in a few years.
