This past weekend after a marathon morning of furniture shopping we swung by Trace North for their roof top party. Sales are chugging along at a few units every week but based on the number of people I’ve seen touring both buildings that might be increasing the next few weeks which would be great. The retail for Trace North is also fully booked.
Now unfortunately the party was a little wet:
But the rain did eventually let up and we had fun getting drunk with VC and Brian, both readers of the blog. After Trace North we went and checked out VC’s amazing penthouse at Monique. Wow.
I did bring my camera to check out the two model units beautiful staged by Jon Rosichelli. Here are some photos from them.
View from the third floor facing west is nice if you assume Liz Dunn is happy with her current spaces:

The costs of watering and keeping the wind off the plants on the Trace North are going to be nasty. I predict they’ll slowly die off as the association reels from the utilities bill.
