		<description>While some of the designs seem impractical (from a cost perspective), I love the idea of figuring out better townhome designs. I&#039;m less concerned, actually, about the whole tired &quot;faux craftsman&quot; thing than I am about the auto canyon and non-front-facing housing. I would love to have those addressed, so the houses relate better to the neighborhood. 

They&#039;re dealing with this in Philly too (where people take up half or more of the sidewalk with their driveways when they renovate rowhomes or narrow lots.</description>
