On June 27 the PSBJ reported:

Now the developers — a partnership between Bellevue-based Fana Group of Companies and the Executive Development Group of Vancouver, British Columbia — are taking a wait-and-see approach before they actively market the project again, said John Powers, vice president of real estate for the Fana Group.

Which in short says they have some permits, are waiting for costs, will open a sales center in the fall and you’ll be able to make reservations (not purchase and sale mind you!)
